Mischief causing damage to the amount of fifty rupees

Punishes mischief that causes loss or damage of fifty rupees or more. It applies when someone’s act of mischief results in financial harm of at least Rs 50. The offender may be imprisoned (rigorous or simple) for up to two years, or fined, or both.
