(Repealed) Trade Mark

Repealed: the trade mark offence provision has been removed and replaced by the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act. The old penal provision no longer applies, so trademark enforcement and penalties are governed by that later Act. For trademark complaints and remedies use the procedure under the Trade and Merchandise Marks Act.
