(Repealed) Offenders sentenced to transportation how dealt with until transported

Now repealed and no longer in force. It formerly governed how offenders sentenced to transportation were kept and handled until they were actually transported. Those interim custody and transfer arrangements are now covered by the Code of Criminal Procedure and prison rules. Consult the CrPC and prison regulations for the current procedure.
